Fashion Merchandiser / Vendor Management Executive

Job Title: Vendor Management Executive

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Vendor Management Executive to oversee and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding

  • Identify, evaluate, and select potential vendors in the Garments and Fashion industry based on business requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations.

2. Vendor Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Act as the point of contact between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve any vendor-related issues, disputes, or performance concerns.

3. Procurement & Cost Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products/services as per contractual agreements.
  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.

4. Performance Monitoring & Compliance

  • Track vendor performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular vendor audits to assess reliability, quality, and service levels.
  • Ensure all vendors comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

5. Coordination & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, agreements, and transactions.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and operational teams for smooth vendor payments and compliance.
  • Generate reports on vendor performance, cost analysis, and procurement efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/vendor management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹42,775.10 per month
