About the Role

We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer with a strong background in accessibility to support our accessibility compliance initiatives. In this role, you will ensure that our iOS applications adhere to WCAG 2.0+ standards, building inclusive and user-friendly experiences. You will work hands-on with VoiceOver, UIKit, and SwiftUI accessibility APIs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, review, and refine accessibility features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance accessibility features aligned with WCAG 2.0+ guidelines throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews, bug fixes, and pull requests with a focus on accessibility.
  • Provide accessibility guidance and mentor developers to build inclusive products.
  • Share progress updates in team meetings and escalate issues when needed.
  • Advocate for accessibility best practices in design and development.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with iOS VoiceOver and accessibility APIs in both UIKit and SwiftUI.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in team environments.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience with SwiftUI, ViewModels, and MVVM architecture.
  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
  • Proficiency in Git (branching, merging, version control).
  • 2+ years' experience with video/audio playback and FairPlay DRM.
  • 3+ years of experience integrating with REST APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Prior experience in mentorship or technical leadership is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
