Account Assistant in Rajkot

A Reputed Manufacturing Firm Requires Account Assistant:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
  • Support monthly and year-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific financial practices and regulations.
Qualification & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 13 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the petrochemical or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Good understanding of taxation, GST, and financial regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
