About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and fast-learning intern to join our Growth Team focused on driving user acquisition through storytelling. You'll write microdramas, ad scripts, and narrative-led creatives that speak directly to Bharat's mindset.

If you love writing short stories, enjoy understanding why people respond to certain content, and want to learn how creativity directly fuels growth — this role is for you.

Creative Writing & Script Development

  • Write microdramas, short-form ads, and narrative scripts tailored for Tier II/III audiences.
  • Craft relatable hooks, characters, emotions, and dialogues that drive conversions.
  • Think from the Bharat user POV — their aspirations, daily realities, and emotional triggers.

Creative Strategy for Growth

  • Support category-level user acquisition through creative ideas and strong storytelling.
  • Work with Growth Managers to create scripts aligned with performance goals and user intent.
  • Develop new concepts, angles, and story formats optimized for digital platforms.

Performance Understanding & Data-Driven Creative Iteration

  • Analyze why a script or creative worked — using funnel data, performance metrics, and user behavior.
  • Connect creative decisions with outcomes across the entire user funnel.
  • Iterate scripts based on insights from channels like Meta, Google, and internal dashboards.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Growth Owners to bring scripts to life.
  • Participate in creative discussions and help refine ideas until they achieve the desired impact.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 1-3 Years of scriptwriting experience.
  • Strong command of Hindi and conversational Hinglish.
  • Natural storyteller with a knack for writing microdramas and emotionally engaging content.
  • Ability to think deeply about Bharat users — their psychology, motivations, and language.
    Comfortable analyzing why content performs (creative funnel impact- outcomes).
  • Willing to work from office in Bangalore (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM).
  • Should be able to join immediately.

Good-to-Have

  • Prior experience writing short scripts, reels, ad copies, or narrative content.
  • Understanding of digital trends, viral formats, and hook structures.
  • Basic awareness of growth funnels or performance marketing metrics.
