Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and scale our core applications. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in React / React Native, FastAPI (Python), MySQL, and Redis, along with strong problem-solving skills and a product-focused mindset.

This is a 100% onsite role based in our Bangalore office — ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating directly with product and design teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems using FastAPI (Python).
  • Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React / React Native.
  • Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL and caching with Redis.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
  • Work closely with product and design teams to translate ideas into functional solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficient in React / React Native, FastAPI (Python), MySQL, and Redis.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and microservices.
  • Familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and collaboration skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite from the Bangalore office.

Good to Have

  • Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architecture.
  • Exposure to fitness-tech or consumer-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of unit testing and DevOps workflows.
