Job Description:

We are hiring Factory Helpers / Trainees for our solar PV module manufacturing unit in Surat. Suitable for freshers or ITI passed candidates who are willing to support in material handling, machinery setup, and basic factory operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in unloading, shifting, and arranging materials/machinery
  • Support production and maintenance staff in daily activities
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on shop floor

Requirements:

  • Only Surat candidates preferred
  • Fresher or ITI (any trade) passed candidates can apply
  • Physically fit and willing to work in factory environment
  • Team player with readiness to learn
