Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead our product strategy, development, and execution. This role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI domain, API-based products, and the compliance-driven environment we operate in. The ideal candidate will

combine strategic vision with hands-on product leadership, driving innovation while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with the companys business objectives and market opportunities.
  • BFSI & Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all products comply with BFSI regulations, security standards, and client requirements.
  • API Product Leadership: Drive the development, scalability, and adoption of API based solutions for BFSI clients.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, compliance, and client success teams to deliver customer-focused products.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the product management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor BFSI industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to guide product decisions.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with key clients to understand needs, gather feedback, and translate it into product enhancements.
  • KPIs & Metrics: Define product success metrics and track performance to ensure delivery against business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in the BFSI sector; experience in regulated financial environments is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in API-based products, SaaS, or B2B enterprise solutions.
  • Exceptional team management and leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements, security frameworks, and industry standards in BFSI.
