Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Draftsman to join our growing team. As a draftsman, you will support our engineering and design teams by creating accurate technical drawings and layout plans using CAD software and other design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D technical drawings as per specifications provided by engineers or senior draftsmen.
- Interpret and apply design sketches, layouts, and calculations in drawing creation.
- Assist in preparing detailed working drawings and documentation for projects.
- Modify and revise drawings as per project requirements or engineer feedback.
- Maintain drawing documentation and file systems accurately.
- Collaborate with design teams and attend project meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company drafting standards and industry norms.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Civil OR ITI Draftsman certification Civil.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is a plus).
- Familiarity with other drafting tools like Revit, SketchUp, or SolidWorks is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
