Site Reliability Engineering Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) - Trade Validation team as a Site Reliability Engineer who can lead a team in Gurugram.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will break down complex problems and develop effective, future-ready solutions with a focus on quality. You will guide the creation of scalable platforms, ensuring consistent value delivery to business stakeholders. In addition, you will also address and resolve stakeholder issues through thoughtful analysis and collaboration.

What you offer

• 9–13 years' experience in software engineering with Java, scripting languages, and log monitoring tools
• Proven background in site reliability engineering for scalable distributed systems, including team management
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture (AWS preferred), covering compute, storage, messaging, databases, and analytics
• Skilled in SQL and DevOps automation tools (e.g., Bamboo, Linux) to drive performance and agility
• Solid knowledge of containerisation (Docker), Kubernetes administration, and incident management protocols
