Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the café's brand and marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (photos, reels, stories, posts) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and others.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Plan and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and collaborations.
  • Monitor analytics and track performance to optimize content and engagement.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, café/restaurant industry trends, and bring creative ideas to highlight seasonal menus, events, and special offers.
  • Collaborate with the café team to promote in-house events, new launches, and customer experiences.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and community-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (hospitality/F&B experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
  • Creative eye for photography, videography, and content creation.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with paid promotions and boosting strategies is a plus.
  • A passion for food, coffee, and café culture is highly desirable.
