Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Process)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our US-based operations team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage professionally with US clients over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US clients/customers for sales, lead generation, or support.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer data and call records in CRM.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality communication.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred).
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).
  • Prior experience in BPO / US process / telecalling is an added advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejection.
