Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and responsible candidates for the role of Overdue Case Handling Executive.

The position involves maintaining communication with customers, reminding them about overdue payments, and assisting them with repayment options in a professional way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers regarding pending dues or EMI updates
  • Guide customers about payment procedures
  • Maintain follow-up records and update status reports daily
  • Coordinate with the branch and accounts team for case closures
  • Build positive customer relationships through clear communication

Requirements:

  • 10th / 12th / Graduate candidates can apply
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of finance or loan process (preferred)
  • Comfortable in field visits if required
  • Two-wheeler and driving license preferred
