LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Product safety and compliance:
  • Registering products and obtaining conformity certificates through the Saber online system for the Saudi market.
• • Working with commercial invoices, bills of lading, and other shipping documents within the Saber system.
• Customs clearance:
  • Ensuring that goods can pass through customs by having the proper Saber certificates and Understanding the requirements of the Saber system.
• Supply chain and inventory management:
  • Oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of goods. Monitor and manage inventory levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Transportation coordination:
  • Arrange and manage the transportation of goods, which can include selecting carriers, negotiating contracts, planning routes, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Shipping and receiving:
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, which includes verifying contents, handling customs and duties, and packaging items for transport.
• Warehouse operations:
  • Organize warehouse activities, label goods, and ensure that storage and work areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Problem-solving and compliance:
  • Address and resolve issues or complaints related to shipments and ensure all operations comply with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Data and performance analysis:
  • Track key metrics, analyze performance, and use data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
