Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.).
  • Support staff with small errands within or outside the office as needed.
  • Open and close the office on time and ensure basic security practices.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inform the admin when stocks are low.
  • Help with filing documents or organizing office materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Staff Member or Manager.
