About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and style-savvy Fashion Consultant to join our ethnic wear designer studio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian textiles, silhouettes, and trends, with a strong sense of customer service and styling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling and wardrobe advice to clients.
• Understand client preferences, body types, and occasions to recommend suitable outfits.
• Assist clients with fabric, color, and design selection for custom ensembles.
• Maintain product knowledge of the latest collections and upcoming trends.
• Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure client satisfaction during fittings and trials.
• Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Support in visual merchandising and store presentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design / Fashion Communication / Retail Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in ethnic or couture wear.
• Strong sense of style, fabric knowledge, and color coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of bridal, festive, and couture trends.
• Experience with bespoke or luxury clientele.
• Proficiency in CRM or client management software.
