Sr. Accountant

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Manufacturing industry preference

• Maintain up-to-date billing system
• Perform account reconciliations
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other

irregularities

• Resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
• Communicate with customers via phone, email for any discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing
• Accounts Balance confirmation on monthly
• Supporting for internal and statutory audit
• Accounts reconciliation in coordination with Sales team and vendor data
• Supporting team for any other work as per the instructions of superiors

Bank reconciliation, banking related work.

 GST compliance. GSTR 1, GSTR 2, GSTR 3B.

 TDS working, PT working of accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
