As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting field operations for student outreach initiatives. You'll ensure the smooth execution of student demos, manage logistics and inventory, audit petty cash, and serve as the key link between field and central teams.

This role demands high ownership, a solution-oriented mindset, and extensive on-ground involvement, including travel and logistical coordination. Youll be instrumental in ensuring that the field team can focus on performance and outreach by efficiently handling operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Demo & Outreach Support:

  • Accompany field teams to 12th-grade schools/colleges.
  • Manage logistics for demos carry materials, oversee student movement, and handle form distribution/collection.
  • Ensure proper digitization and dispatch of collected forms.

Inventory & Equipment Management:

  • Maintain and track demo equipment, brochures, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate restocking and manage inbound/outbound material flow.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Identify local vendors, gather quotations, and support purchase processes.
  • Maintain payment logs and support vendor coordination and follow-ups.

Finance, Logistics & Compliance:

  • Assist in travel/accommodation bookings for field staff.
  • Track petty cash, verify bills, and share weekly financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate records for compliance and reimbursement.

Internal Coordination & Event Support:

  • Assist in education fairs, sessions, and other outreach events.
  • Liaise with internal departments like Finance, Procurement, and Design.
  • Monitor checklists and follow up on non-sales tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • High sense of ownership and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and basic reporting tools
  • Willing to travel extensively; flexible with work hours (evenings/weekends)
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, on-ground role
