Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Timing: 06:30 PM IST - 03:30 AM IST

Employment Type: Full-time, Night Shift

Interview Timing :- 06:30 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with pre-identified candidate profiles to apply to relevant job portals
  • Coordinate and follow up with candidates for interviews and updates
  • Engage effectively with clients and candidates to negotiate terms
  • Manage the recruitment cycle for US IT bench sales roles
