• At least 10-20 years of teaching experienced preferable in a reputed CBSE school-of which at least 4-5 years as a  Vice Principal / HOD
• A PGT Teacher for the Senior wing is preferred
• Experience in the CBSE affiliation process and procedure will be an added advantage
• Flair knowledge about designing and developing international curriculum to meet the needs of the school program as per the CBSE
• Experience in heading the School clubs like Science club, English club, Information Technology club, etc. is necessary
• Responsible for teacher supervision, guidance, and development to ensure proper adaptation and adjustment of staff to the environment
• Will play a key role in the school improvement planning process  
• Development of curriculum, teacher training and understanding of institutional developments from inception to management, administration, affiliation, academics and public relations.
• Must have through knowledge of academic standards and teaching methodologies
• Education policy formulation and change management

• Patience, confidence, innovative thinking and sound decision making. In addition must have strong interpersonal skills and be effective communicators.
