• Technical Expertise Should be able to manage the security related issues independently, also guide and mentor the junior members of the team.
• Guide customers on regulatory/compliance depending on their industry/region.
• Understand the global threat landscape.
• Manage internal/external customers.
• Commit to constant learning.

• Configure, implement, and manage the security measures for the protection of networks and information.
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions as per customer requirements.
• Responsible for the installation, layout, and maintenance of all network security components for BT clients.
• Run UAT with customers post-implementation activity and provide RCA of failed attempts.
• Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices.
• Engage with BT Internal (SOC, Design, and Network) teams and collaborate for end-to-end view of implementations.
• Handle complex and critical security-related incidents, and drive technical escalation process and management escalation process.
