Job Overview:

The District Branch Administration (DBA) team primarily responsibility to support a group of facilities as a corporate function. Oversees and manages the administrative and clerical functions of the facility operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Branch representatives (US) will upload daily work sheet documents in portal to review. You are responsible to do the audit and rectification of Waste shipment documents (US Manifest and BOL).
• Responsible to create documentation of BOL and US Manifest for future services and inform the onsite branch manager through email.
• Provide labels/BOLs to onsite branch to move the waste materials from one facility to another where required.
• Responsible to support post-billing documentation activities and back-up packages for customer required invoice details.
• Ensures payroll reconciliation workbench is tied out prior to Company deadline with proper documentation of field personnel hours.
• Procurement: Manages P-Card reconciliations and compliance.
• Purchase Orders: Creates, manages and receives all facility related purchase orders and change orders. Reviews weekly open PO report and accuracy of month-end PO accrual.
• Accounts Payable: Monitors vendor invoices, manages aging reporting, resolves vendor issues including, but not limited to copies of vendor invoices, customer service, vendor payment, Sales Tax filing, etc.
• Vouchering: Vouchers field purchase order related vendor invoices.
• Voice requirement: Have to be in continuous contact with Branches and onsite

QUALIFICATIONS

Functional & Technical Requirements:

• 0 to 2+ years of Operations experience. preferably in Accounts payable / Accounts receivables / Customer or Supplier helpdesk
• Hands on computer operating systems & MS Office.

Need to have good typing skills to work on word documents & Excel sheets.

Decent written and verbal communication skills.

Need to support to the onshore team's on specific queries.
