Account Job Role (with Tally & Practical Accountancy Skills):

  • Bookkeeping: Recording day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.
  • Voucher Entry: Handling sales, purchase, payment, receipt, contra, and journal vouchers.
  • GST & Taxation: Preparing GST returns, TDS entries, and compliance.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Matching bank statements with company books.
  • Payroll Management: Salary processing, PF, ESI entries.
  • Final Accounts: Preparing Trial Balance, P&L A/c, and Balance Sheet.
  • Inventory Management: Stock entry, purchase orders, sales orders.
  • MIS Reporting: Generating financial reports for management.
  • Audit Support: Assisting auditors with records and reports.
  • Must have practical knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime and accounting concepts (AS/IND-AS, GST Act, Income Tax Act)
