Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Supervise processing, packing, and dispatch; ensure efficient use of manpower and resources.
  • Quality & Hygiene: Enforce strict hygiene, cleaning schedules (CIP), and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP); monitor process controls and equipment calibration.
  • Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise workers; assign duties; monitor attendance and performance; enforce safety regulations.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Manage stock levels, stock rotation, and accurate documentation; liaise with procurement and sales for smooth operations.
  • Maintenance: Identify and report equipment defects; ensure basic maintenance and repairs are carried out.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records for production, quality, and compliance; handle reports and data reconciliation.
  • Coordination: Work closely with QA, Engineering, Marketing, and Purchase departments for seamless operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
