Job Overview:

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer
to join our team at
Kakkanad (onsite)
. The right candidate will design engaging and intuitive user experiences, ensuring seamless interaction across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like
  Figma/Adobe XD
  .
• Design user interfaces for
  web and mobile platforms
  with a focus on usability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine the design.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure proper implementation.
• Maintain
  design consistency
  across different projects.
• Stay updated with the
  latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
  .

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in
  Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
  or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of
  responsive design
  and mobile-first principles.
• Good sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Basic knowledge of
  HTML/CSS
  (bonus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Design, Computer Science, or related field
  .
• Portfolio showcasing
  UI/UX projects
  (mandatory).
• Experience designing
  SaaS, eCommerce, or mobile apps
  is an added advantage.
