Position summaryThe Video Editor and Creative Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end video production process, creating compelling video content to promote real estate properties, agents, and the company brand. This individual must possess a strong eye for visual storytelling and the ability to produce high-quality, platform-optimized videos for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and virtual tours. Key responsibilities Video production and editing

  • Transform raw video and drone footage into polished, market-ready real estate property tours and promotional videos.
  • Edit and assemble video content with artistic and modern techniques, incorporating music, voiceovers, on-screen text, graphics, and transitions.
  • Perform advanced color correction, grading, and audio enhancement to ensure a high-quality, broadcast-worthy final product.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms and resolutions, such as cinematic tours for YouTube and short, engaging reels for social media.
  • Manage and organize all raw footage and project files in a streamlined asset library.

Creative strategy and content development

  • Conceptualize creative video ideas and storyboards for various marketing campaigns, including agent spotlights, neighborhood guides, client testimonials, and market updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and real estate agents to ensure video content aligns with branding and strategic marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video marketing trends, social media features, and real estate visual styles.
  • Help develop the overall brand messaging strategy through visual storytelling that evokes emotion and helps buyers envision themselves in a property.

Project management and collaboration

  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients while maintaining the overall creative vision.
  • Maintain open communication with videographers, photographers, and other creative teammates throughout the post-production process.
  • Provide support for on-site video shoots, including capturing behind-the-scenes content and assisting with logistics.

Job Type: Full-time
