Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Sales Manager to drive sales of Production Printers and related solutions in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of production printing technology, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales processes independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Production Printers and associated solutions in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution-oriented discussions with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Service, Marketing) to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to recommend strategies for business growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecast revenue pipelines for management.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in selling Production Printers or high-end printing solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the printing industry, especially production printers, digital print solutions, and related technologies.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence: Capable of handling clients and sales cycles individually with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
