Position: CSR

Location: Srikakulam Plant

Job Purpose

The CSR will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and initiatives for NACL Industries Limited at the Srikakulam Plant. The role involves fostering sustainable development, enhancing community engagement, and driving social impact projects that align with organizational values and statutory requirements. The incumbent will also collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build trust, promote ethical practices, and strengthen the company's reputation as a socially responsible corporate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and implement CSR programs aligned with statutory requirements and company vision.
  • Conduct periodic program reviews to assess effectiveness, outcomes, and long-term impact.
  • Act as the focal point for CSR activities in the geography, building strong relationships with community partners, NGOs, and local stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on evolving CSR trends, sustainability practices, and government guidelines.
  • Promote employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & PR teams to build internal engagement and share impact stories.
  • Manage CSR budgets, monitor fund utilization, and ensure compliance with reporting norms.
  • Partner with relevant departments to integrate CSR with overall business sustainability objectives.
  • Measure and report the impact of CSR projects using defined metrics, feedback, and impact assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Post-Graduation in Sociology / Social Work with years of relevant experience

  • Graduation in Sociology / Social Work with years of relevant experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of CSR rules, regulations, and statutory frameworks under the Companies Act.
  • Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder relationships, including NGOs, government bodies, and beneficiaries.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder projects and driving results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Strong analytical and monitoring skills for impact assessment and reporting.
  • Ability to inspire and drive employee engagement in volunteering activities.
