About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Microbiologist
to lead our microbiology lab and ensure the highest standards of
food safety, quality control, and compliance
across all beverage products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging, in-process, and finished products.
• Establish and monitor laboratory protocols, hygiene practices, and contamination control measures.
• Train and supervise junior lab staff in microbiological techniques.
• Oversee validation and verification of cleaning, sanitation, and CIP processes.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with
  FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP
  requirements.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot microbiological issues and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring the traceability of all lab findings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Food Science (PhD preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in the food/beverage/FMCG industry with proven lab leadership.
• Strong knowledge of microbial contamination control in beverages.
• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and audit-handling skills.
