Must have:

  • 10–15 years of experience in consulting and/or end-user roles in SAP, MDO, or ERP transformation projects.
  • Proven expertise in Supply Chain and Asset Management domains.
  • Strong background in master data strategy and governance solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP MDG or equivalent MDO solutions (advantageous).
  • Participation in data migration and transformation projects.
  • Solid knowledge of BPMN and process flows.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, including the ability to create high-quality design documents.

Good to have

  • Domain Expertise in the area of Supply Chain, Assets, or Retail.
  • Understand Industry Standards and Classification in the Asset Space.
  • Defined Master Data Strategy for Data Migration and Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a customer-facing solution advisor across the lifecycle – from sales through support.
  • Contribute to strategic global sales initiatives, supporting complex and high-value deals.
  • Analyze business processes in master data and translate them into implementable solutions within the MDO Fuse platform.
  • Develop and own data strategies for MDM (active and passive governance), conducting workshops with stakeholders and incorporating strategies into solution design.
  • Define data models spanning SAP and non-SAP systems and align business processes accordingly.
  • Provide customers with a roadmap for MDO initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise transformation goals.
  • Participate in escalation calls related to process or design challenges, offering expert guidance.
  • Support consulting partners and delivery teams with design inputs and solution validation.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic accounts as a long-term solution advisor.
