We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Manager who can independently lead large-scale transformation projects, engage in strategic business discussions, provide recommendations, and deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FICO and proven experience in managing end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP FICO transformation projects from planning to execution.
  • Independently handle project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive business discussions with stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Lead technical and functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of SAP FICO experience with CA qualification.
  • Minimum 4 full-cycle SAP implementations, with at least 2 as SAP FICO Lead.
  • Strong expertise in FICO modules and accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience in Financial Global, New GL, AR, AP, Banking, Asset Management, Cost Center, and Profitability Accounting.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of integration points with SD, MM, HCM and cross-module functionality.
  • Experience with interfaces and third-party system integrations.
  • Skilled in business workshops, blueprinting, GAP analysis, solution documentation, and functional specs.
  • Knowledge of treasury, receivable management, and cash application (added advantage).
  • Basic ABAP knowledge for issue identification.
