Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing them with suitable property options. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, and keeping updated with the latest property trends. The role also involves preparing and presenting sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills including negotiation, client engagement, and achieving targets.
  • 0-2 years of experience in real estate is a plus.
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
