Flutter Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Flutter Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will specialize in building high-performance, scalable, and visually engaging cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android platforms.

This role requires a proactive developer who can take ownership of the entire mobile app development lifecycle—from concept and architecture to deployment and maintenance—while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and fellow developers in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring smooth performance and excellent user experience.
• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable state management solutions using Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX, or similar frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in compliance with coding standards and technical design guidelines.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, JSON, GraphQL, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs (such as Firebase and payment gateways).
• Work extensively with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crash Reporting.
• Develop rich, responsive, and accessible UI/UX using Flutter widgets, custom components, animations, and gestures.
• Optimize application performance across devices and screen sizes by profiling and fine-tuning CPU, memory, and rendering performance.
• Implement offline data persistence using local databases such as SQLite, Hive, or similar solutions.
• Integrate Google Maps APIs, GPS/location-based services, and other device features as required.
• Perform unit, widget, and integration testing; conduct debugging and code reviews to ensure secure, high-quality, and bug-free releases.
• Manage app store deployments, including Play Store and App Store submissions, versioning, release management, and compliance with store policies.
• Collaborate with designers to convert wireframes and prototypes into functional applications following best practices.
• Work closely with backend engineers and product managers to clarify requirements, suggest technical solutions, and deliver features within sprint timelines.
• Mentor junior developers, share Flutter best practices, and contribute to defining coding standards and development workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest Flutter ecosystem updates, tools, plugins, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter and Dart.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture), and SOLID principles.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable, maintainable Flutter applications with clean architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills

• Deep knowledge of Flutter framework internals, widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, and animation system.
• Expertise in UI development, including custom widgets, animations, gestures, and responsive layouts.
• Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and secure API integration.
• Proficiency with local storage solutions such as SQLite and Hive.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks for unit, widget, and integration testing in Flutter.
• Strong understanding of mobile app performance optimization techniques.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating third-party SDKs such as payment gateways, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting tools.
• Understanding of mobile security best practices, including data encryption and secure storage.
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small development teams.
• Contributions to Flutter/Dart open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
• Familiarity with React Native or native Android/iOS development is a plus.

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
