Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite, presentable, and efficient Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure front desk security.
- Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and mail.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness.
- Support HR/Admin team with day-to-day tasks when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or front office executive.
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle guests politely and calmly.
