Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ASP.NET Developer Team Lead to lead the development and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance banking and financial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and banking/financial domain practices with a proven track record in leading teams and managing full-cycle development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of enterprise-level applications using C#, .NET Core/Framework.
  • Architect and implement secure, scalable, and performance-optimized solutions in the banking and financial services domain.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, guide team members, and enforce secure development best practices (OWASP, PCI DSS).
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR, RBI/local banking regulations).
  • Handle release management, risk mitigation, project planning, and delivery tracking.
  • Maintain and modernize legacy systems, integrate with banking APIs (SOAP/REST), core banking systems, and third-party services.
  • Leverage CI/CD tools, DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git/TFS) for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Coordinate with infra/cloud hosting teams (Azure/AWS/on-prem) for deployment and maintenance (preferred).
  • Encourage and implement unit testing practices using NUnit / MSTest.
  • Drive innovation and improvements in development and deployment processes.
