Position: Production & Vendor Stock Planner

Location: Nadiad, Gujrat

Experience: 2–5 years

Role Overview:

Responsible for coordinating with vendors on production schedules, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring timely deliveries in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors for order placement and production timelines.
• Ensure timely stock movement from vendors to warehouse.
• Follow up on pending deliveries and purchase order compliance.
• Maintain and update vendor-wise stock ledger and reports.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock reconciliation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 2 years' experience in production coordination, vendor management, or stock planning.
• Strong Excel / ERP proficiency.
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
