About the Role:
The Salesforce CRM Analytics Sr/Lead Developer role is an important position within the Platform

Analytics team, involving the support and enhancement of Salesforce implementations for diverse clients

across industries.

Location:
Hyderabad. This role requires an on-site presence, with no hybrid or remote work option.

Experience:
4-7 Years (with Minimum 4 Years of Relevant Experience)

Your Contribution:

  • Collaborate with the CRM Analytics team to analyze and address business, functional, and technical
  • requirements and issues
  • Participate in project team meetings, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders
  • Leverage strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics to envision and design solutions, provide

meaningful insights, and take a consultative approach with stakeholders.

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, optimizing the use of the CRM

Analytics platform.

  • Develop data flows, recipes, data sets, lenses, and dashboards to facilitate quick decision-making
  • Perform data integration, connecting CRM Analytics to Salesforce and external systems
  • Utilize hands-on experience with JSON and Intelligence within Einstein Analytics
  • Assess and troubleshoot bugs and data discrepancies within the analytics platform

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics
  • Proven expertise in analytical solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong experience in SQL/SAQL
  • Proficiency in Dataprep/Recipe building
  • Knowledge of CRMA Admin and Permissions

Good to have:

  • Tableau experience will be a strong plus
  • Dashboard Templatization is an add-on
  • Datacloud exposure is an advantage
  • Great to have explored Tableau next
  • Knowledge of Einstein Discovery is a plus
  • Background in any ETL tool is an add-on
  • Knowledge of JavaScripting & Visual Studio is an add-on
