Role & responsibilities We Are Hiring Coordinator – Customer Care (US Voice Process)

Experience Required: 1 – 8 Years
Salary Range: INR 3,50,000 – 5,50,000
Batch Start Date: 20th October 2025
Job Description:
Handle loan-related customer inquiries over the loan servicing toll-free number for pre-foreclosure to delinquent accounts.
Follow up with customers when payment commitments are not met.
Log borrower contacts accurately into the loan servicing system.
Provide long-term resolutions to resolve delinquency issues.
Use an autodialing system effectively to maximize productivity and contact ratios.
Ensure daily contact targets are achieved.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the department manager.
Requirements:
Graduate degree preferred; undergraduates must have at least 6 months of call center experience.
Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience required.
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Knowledge of mortgage loan servicing desirable but not mandatory.
Must be willing to work in US shifts (night shift).
Immediate joiners preferred.
Note: Initial 6–8 months of training will be classroom-based on the office. Post-training, depending on performance, work-from-home options may be available.
