Staff Management: Supervise hostel staff members, including receptionists, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or guidance when necessary.

Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Manage inventory levels and procurement of supplies for the hostel. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards in all areas.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information using hostel management software or systems. Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and expenses. Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and accounting procedures.
