Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Marketing Professional to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about brand storytelling, campaign strategy, and driving engagement through impactful content and analytics-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
  • Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns, ensuring strong ROI
  • Create and oversee high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions, and reels) aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to boost brand visibility
  • Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, paid ads, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and content ideation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Experience in influencer marketing and campaign reporting will be an added advantage
