Position: U.S. Immigration Associate

Location: Noida, India

The Law Offices of Keshab Raj Seadie, P.C., a New York City-based immigration law firm, is expanding operations and opening an affiliate office in Noida. We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Associates to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law while working closely with our attorneys and staff in New York. After 23 years of service, qualified candidates may be considered for U.S. visa sponsorship or permanent residency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of U.S. immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, and PERM labor certification applications .
  • Conduct legal research on immigration-related issues.
  • Draft family-based and employment-based immigration applications in coordination with the New York office.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and keep clients informed about case status.
  • Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other correspondence from USCIS or related agencies.
  • Maintain and update internal docketing systems, ensuring all deadlines and filings are tracked and met.
  • Train and supervise junior immigration professionals as needed.

Qualifications:

  • LL.B. or M.B.A. from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in U.S. immigration case preparation.
  • Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes and terminology preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
