Home Interion is looking for an
Interior Designer
with
3-4 years of experience
in
both residential & commercial interior design
. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, expertise in design (2D & 3D) execution, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage
    residential & Offices projects
    from design to execution.
  • Develop and present
    design concepts, space planning, and detailed layouts
    to clients.
  • Candidate must have strong knowledge of 2D detailed working drawings.
  • Prepare
    floor plans, wall elevations, furniture layouts, and 3D renders
    .
  • Select
    materials, finishes, furniture, and décor
    as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with
    clients and contractors
    to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee
    site execution, quality control, and adherence to timelines
    .
  • Keep up with
    trends and innovative design practices

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years
    of experience in
    residential & office interior design
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Interior Design or Architecture
    .
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
    .
  • Strong
    design creativity, problem-solving, and project management skills
    .
  • Ability to
    manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
    .

Preferences :

  • Candidate has strong experience in managing the project individually
  • Strong knowledge in materials and creative to deliver the design in set budget
  • Proven records of executing more than 20+ projects independently from design to execution
