Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Mandya. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, ensure effective team management, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include achieving business targets, managing and mentoring staff, promoting customer satisfaction, and implementing company policies and strategies at the branch level. In addition, the Branch Manager will monitor market trends, analyze reports, and work closely with senior management to ensure organizational goals are met.
