Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:

  2. Lead and manage cross-functional projects involving IT and real estate initiatives.

  3. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.

  4. Stakeholder Management:

  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, real estate developers, vendors, and clients.

  6. Facilitate communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

  7. Risk Management:

  8. Identify potential risks in both IT and real estate project phases and implement mitigation strategies.

  9. Conduct regular project reviews to anticipate and address issues proactively.

  10. Technology Integration:

  11. Oversee the integration of IT solutions within real estate projects to enhance efficiency and user experience.

  12. Budget and Resource Management:

  13. Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently across IT and real estate functions.

  14. Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-control measures as needed.

  15. Quality Assurance:

  16. Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations in both IT and real estate

  17. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Real Estate, Project Management,
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations and real estate project management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects involving technology and real estate components.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project ).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and Operation.
  • Familiarity with real estate development processes and lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience in compliance with ISO 27001
