About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead some of our Key Training/ Certification Program Verticals, via B2C, B2B and Channel marketing activities. You'll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.

For this role, you be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, especially Digital, covering SEO, SEM etc email campaigns, events, webinars, conferences, partnering with Associations, Advocacy Bodies and influencers besides crafting and executing GTM & pricing strategies.

Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products while focusing on one of the Key Kpis of Leads, Revenue and Keyword Positions.

You play the role of an end-to-end Product owner from launch, leads to sales.

Responsibilities

  • Be the end-to-end Product owner of Products running in 140 countries while working with teams spread globally.
  • Be proficient at running Digital and Content Marketing Campaigns to ensure online dominance.
  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching).
  • Owning the responsibility of producing content such as white papers, videos, website copies, blogs, ad copies, product PMS & brochures.
  • Craft selling and branding messages across marketing channels: Landing pages, Socials, Channel Partners.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX, HTML and crafting Optimum User and Customer Journey.
  • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to plan and implement strategies.
  • Proficiently Run Paid and Organic Lead generating Campaigns.
  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy.
  • Run competitor surveys & intelligence gathering to benchmark features & innovations.
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a competitive digital industry with strong competitors.
  • Expert in Market and Competitor analysis.
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns).
  • Expert knowledge of web all analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus
  • BSc/BA/ MBA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
