Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler Faculty located in Kozhikode. As a BIM Modeler Faculty, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D BIM models, coordinating with architects, engineersand ensuring accurate construction drawings. You will also develop and deliver training programs in BIM, catering to both basic and advanced levels. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement and implementation of BIM methodologies in construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM tools
  • Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct hands-on training sessions effectively
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
