What you'll build:

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including working with large language models (LLMs), generative AI (GenAI), and the ability to develop and operationalize AI capabilities using SAP AI Core.

• As an AI Developer in the Service Cloud team, the primary responsibility will be to develop product features within the Service portfolio, integrating AI-driven solutions, and helping the team deliver services on the cloud-native stack on a continuous basis.
• You will work with a highly motivated and talented set of colleagues. You will:
• Be a motivated, self-starter who can operate with minimal handholding.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and performant technical solutions.
• Design, code, test, and assure the quality of complex AI-powered product features within our Customer Experience & Service portfolio.
• Contribute to the integration of AI-powered capabilities into SAP CX solutions using SAP AI Core and LLMs.
• Build intelligent, adaptive services using generative AI to enhance service workflows and customer interactions.
• Collaborate across teams and time zones, demonstrating flexibility and accountability

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of working experience post BS computer science or equivalent.
• Excellent software development skills in Java 8/11
• Good knowledge in Angular
• Good knowledge in Data Structures and Algorithms and coding skills
• Good Analytical Skill.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Knowledge in microservice architecture is added advantage
• Good Team player

Where you belong:

The team primarily works on SAP Sales Cloud - Sales and Retail Execution topics.The topics include Sales Order, Sales Quote, Sales Contract, Survey, Perfect Store, Pricing, Library Management, Product Lists.Solution also integrates with core processes of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP S/4 HANA. Solution will be developed using event driven microservice architecture involving open source technologies and components like Java, Angular, K8s, Kafka, MongoDB, Elastic Search
