About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Executive / Sr. Executive – HR with strong experience in frontline hiring for QSR/Retail/E-commerce setups. This role will focus primarily on volume recruitment, along with support in onboarding, documentation, and other basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and store-level roles.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines through sourcing, job portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews along with hiring managers.
  • Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare and release offer letters for selected candidates.
  • Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in HRMIS/HRIS portals.
  • Upload and manage employee files and scanned documents.

3. Compliance Support

  • Ensure timely upload of documents required for ESIC, UAN creation, and other compliance needs.
  • Coordinate with PCC vendors to ensure monthly completion.

4. Employee Query Management

  • Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR and operations.
  • Coordinate with payroll teams to resolve salary and attendance-related issues.

5. Exit & Separation

  • Liaise with Area Managers for documentation related to resignations.
  • Ensure timely FNF processing and system updates.

6. Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors for PCC, uniforms, and other HR-related requirements.
  • Ensure timely creation of SOs and vendor payments.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong sourcing & recruitment experience (QSR/Retail/E-commerce preferred).
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel is a must).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Knowledge of HRMIS/HRIS portals will be an advantage.

Qualification

  • Graduate / Post-graduate in HR or related field (preferred).
