Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate HBM machines to perform boring, drilling, milling, and facing operations.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
  • Select and install appropriate tools, cutters, and fixtures.
  • Align and secure workpieces properly on the machine bed.
  • Monitor machining operations to maintain required dimensions and tolerances.
  • Perform first-off and in-process inspections using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges).
  • Adjust machine parameters (feeds, speeds, depths) to optimize quality and productivity.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and report machine issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Record daily production data and collaborate with supervisors and quality teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹40,000.00 per month
