Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logical, Verbal, Reasoning Trainer, located in Tirupati. The Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging training sessions in logical reasoning, verbal communication, and related aptitude skills to students. The role includes preparing course materials, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs. Additionally, the Trainer will mentor students to build confidence and help them prepare for placement interviews and assessments.
Qualifications
- Strong abilities in Logical Reasoning, Verbal Aptitude, and Analytical Thinking
- Experience in Training, Coaching, and delivering aptitude-building sessions
- Effective Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking skills
- Proficiency in developing and customizing training materials
- Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve career goals
- Flexibility to adapt teaching techniques to suit different learning styles
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for a background in Education, Psychology, or Management
- Previous experience in training for campus placements is an added advantage
