We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in export documentation and financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle the company's accounting functions, manage export transactions, and ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, and banking regulations related to international trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.

Manage export-related accounts, including preparation of invoice, packing list, shipping bill, and bank documentation (LC, Bill of Lading, etc.).

Handle bank transactions, including realization of export proceeds and foreign currency reconciliation.

Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per government requirements.

Monitor export incentives such as Duty Drawback, MEIS/RODTEP claims, etc.

Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and banks for export documentation and clearance.

Support audit processes, both internal and statutory.

Prepare and present monthly financial reports, MIS statements, and performance summaries.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS) and company policies.

Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy in all financial entries.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter preferred).

5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in export process accounting.

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and online banking.

Strong understanding of export procedures, FEMA, GST on exports, and foreign exchange accounting.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in manufacturing or trading export businesses.

Familiarity with customs procedures, DGFT portal, and eBRC.

Exposure to Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and negotiation.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
